The Power of Your Words

Whether it may be a success or a failure but especially a success, share it with the world or your world. What I'm referring to when I say "your world" are those individual(s) who reciprocate the energy that you give and are truly listening to your story. You may even be bold enough to share your story with a stranger, and that is where magic can truly happen.

Your story is, of course, yours, but it could also be the missing piece of somebody else's. You could be the spark that was needed for them to become the next big thing or just take their first steps towards a better tomorrow.

Your words have power, and your story has meaning. The thing that I always find amazing is how energy travels. It can be stored in the words in the book or be immediately transferred from word of mouth, a hug, a high five, or maybe even just a smile, but it is everywhere.

Realize the power that lies within you, and do not be afraid to share it with others.

Don't Worry About A Thing!

Good Morning Subscribers,

Don't worry about a thing!

..'Cause every little thing gonna be all right!

When I was 13 years old, my parents were going through a pretty rough time that eventually led to a divorce. For some reason, I endured a lot of their issues which took a toll on me, stress wise. I'm grateful that I had my Aunt as a sounding board during this time who introduced me to a more spiritual way of dealing with my issues at home. She gave me a bible verse that I have ingrained in me to this day.

"Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don’t forget to thank him for his answers. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human man can understand."
- Philippians 4:6

At 13, I didn't realize how much this verse would help me and humble me in the future. One thing that going through trials and tribulations taught me, is to always believe that good things are going to happenNever second guess the effect that a positive mindset can have on your overall well-being.

When you pray and worry at the same time your actions ultimately contradict your mindset. Stop worrying about how the story ends, and I promise you things will start happening. Learning to let go of things that are out of your control isn't easy, but it's so worth it.
